Shipping

At VV, we currently offer pickup only. We do not provide international shipping services.

However, if you wish to have an item delivered internationally, you have the option to make arrangements with your chosen delivery company. Please note that all costs and risks associated with international shipping, including customs duties and taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Our items are vintage, and as such, they are sold in their current condition, exactly as seen, described, or commissioned. While we make every effort to select items with minimal damage or signs of age and provide accurate descriptions, we kindly ask our customers to anticipate some traces of wear and age. To ensure transparency, we encourage customers to request a detailed condition report before making a purchase.

Please note that VV cannot guarantee the future lifespan of previously used goods.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.


Cancellations

In the event that we have published any incorrect information, including pricing, descriptions, delivery times, or any other relevant details, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will promptly notify you via email. You will have the option to reconsider and replace your order once we provide you with the accurate information.

In the case of cancellation, any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded as soon as possible, but always within 30 days of your initial order. VV will not be liable for any disappointment or any additional compensation beyond the refund. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
